In order to ensure compliance and guidelines are met by Data Sharing Services, ESB team members meet with each customer to gather their requirements before any integration construction takes place.

At its core, ESB adheres to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security framework and prevailing statewide security Policies, Standards, and Guidelines. The GTA Board of Directors has implemented technology policies consistent to state statute through the policy on Information Technology Policies Standards and Guidelines.
