Every year, the GeorgiaGov Interactive team holds a variety of training classes which cover topics relevant to our web publishing platform and what our content managers need. Below you will find some of the training classes we offer throughout the year. Other training classes are added based on popularity and new feature rollouts.
Training for New Agencies or New Users
Part of the onboarding process for an agency is providing them with a complete Editor’s Training course to ensure content managers and other users know how to effectively edit, publish, and manage content on their website. This training is scheduled during the onboarding process and will be tailored to their needs.
Need a Refresher Course?
Any user currently on our web publishing platform is allowed to attend our training events any time during the year. In fact, we recommend attending a training once a year to stay fresh on your skills and learn about new features we have implemented for your site.
