For New Content Managers

If you have a new user on our platform, follow these 4 easy steps to get them going with their own login account.

  1. Have a User Manager add your new user in permissions.
  2. Request Google Analytics access via a support ticket.
  3. Register them for training.
  4. Make sure they know about our Interactive site with tools and blogs to get them up to speed on best practices.

Is Someone From Your Content Team Leaving?

Please don’t forget to delete their account from the system. Leaving old user accounts active is a huge security risk.
