We offer full support on our state-of-the-art web platform. While many of the features like responsive design, accessible optimization, and security updates are automatic, maintaining content is up to you.

We want to make sure you’re successful! That’s why we offer training courses for web content managers and editors so you can stay tuned into best practices when it comes to planning, creating, and managing your own content.

For New Users

Drupal Editor’s Training (view upcoming classes)

Our Drupal Editor’s Training is perfect for new users. Learn the basics of creating content and using different content types, and get hands-on experience creating new pages. This class if perfect for those just starting with content management, but it’s also a great refresher for those who have been in the role for a while.

For Advanced Users

Advanced Drupal Training (view upcoming classes)

Once you’ve attended the introductory-level class, this is a great course to get the most out of our platform's functionality. Learn how to create web forms, prioritize content on your homepage, and take advantage of the platform’s analytics features.

Additional Training

Additional trainings are offered throughout the year to help content managers better understand newly introduced functionality or best practices. Classes are in the form of webinars or in-person workshops.
